We would like to share the key highlights of 2025 for Bali Bliss Properties — a year that proved to be truly dynamic and highly productive for our team.
1. Launch of the Asri Bliss Project
The project attracted strong investor interest, with 90% of units sold at the launch stage.
2. Start of Construction for Ocean Bliss Apartments
Construction began in March. To date, the structural framework of two floors has been completed, and the project is progressing fully in line with the planned schedule.
3. Completion of the Sunrise Bliss Project
We have successfully completed the 14-villa Sunrise Bliss project. Almost all villas have been sold, with one villa still available for investment.
4. Expansion of Rental Management Services
In 2025, we expanded our rental management portfolio. Today, we manage not only our own developments but also villas from other developers who trust us with the management of their properties.
5. Growth of Our Partner Network
Throughout the year, we recorded a series of podcasts with entrepreneurs from various fields, including legal, analytics, and design. These conversations became a valuable source of professional insight and new ideas.
6. Team Events
Over the course of the year, we held five team events. For us, building strong projects goes hand in hand with fostering a healthy and supportive team culture.
